WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY
Mental health is part of everyone’s day to day life, it affects all of us and we all need to talk about it.
Suicide is the biggest killer in Scotland of men under the Age of 45.
It is estimated that up to 1 person in 20 is thinking about suicide at any one time. In Scotland that means 262,740 people may be thinking about it, that is enough people to fill Hampden Park 5 times.
That means you are not alone, there are thousands of other people like you.
Take care of yourself, and those around you.
Today we'd like to acknowledge the incredible work done by those not only in Scottish Football, but beyond.
Thank you
