Slotting home from 12 yards on Saturday against FC Edinburgh was incredibly significant for Rory McAllister, as it saw the 35 year old striker notch his 300th professional goal in a career that has spanned three of the four SPFL divisions, playing for Inverness Caley Thistle, Peterhead, Brechin City, Cove Rangers and Montrose.
