We would like to give a warm welcome to our new Sports Scientist Lotte Deubel!

Lotte is a dedicated fully qualified Sports Scientist and fitness professional with a passion for improving athlete health, wellness, quality of life, and helping them perform at their very best.

Having previously played within the SWPL1 as a footballer, she now uses her passion and knowledge for sport to help others achieve their full potential as athletes or in life, through Aspire. Aspire offers 1:1, group and online training as well as sports therapy to help you achieve your goals and aspirations – no matter what they may be.

Lotte has previously worked with professional clubs including Glasgow City Women’s FC (SWPL1 / Champions League), Dundee United FC (Boys Academy and Women’s SWPL1), Forfar Farmington FC (SWPL1) and St Johnstone Women’s FC (SWPL2).

She now looks to bring her expertise to our Montrose Women’s SWPL1 squad to help boost them in their first season in top flight football.
