Following last week’s announcement regarding the departure of our current 1st Team Coach at the end of the season, Montrose FC is now welcoming applications for the position of Women’s 1st Team Head Coach.

We are seeking a driven and experienced individual who meets the following criteria:

✅ Holds (or is currently working towards) a UEFA A or Pro Licence
✅ Demonstrated experience coaching at an elite level, preferably within Women’s football
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ A strong desire to succeed and develop talent at the highest standard
