Montrose FC Women are delighted to announce that defender Charlie Elliott has also now been recalled from her loan spell at Inverurie Loco Works to join the first-team squad.

Along with, Goalkeeper Ashley, Charlie first caught the eye of manager Craig Feroz during a pre-season friendly against Montrose FC Women. After agreeing terms with the SWPL side in August last year, Charlie also returned to Inverurie Loco Works on loan to continue her development and gain valuable first-team experience.

Following her loan spell with Inverurie Loco Works, Charlie has now been recalled and has joined the Montrose FC Women first team, where she has impressed in training with her attitude, defensive qualities, and strong understanding of the game. Charlie also featured for the first team as a trialist in our recent away fixture to Hamilton just before Christmas.

Manager Craig Feroz said: “We’re really pleased to have Charlie join the first-team environment, she’s been excellent in training and has shown a real willingness to learn and improve. Charlie is a composed defender with great potential, and the loan spell has been invaluable in her development. Again, I’d also like to thank Stuart and everyone at Inverurie Loco Works for working with us to secure these two players.”

Charlie will wear the number 3 shirt. Half-season Home & Away sponsorship packages for Charlie are now available at £150 + VAT per package.
