Montrose FC was delighted to officially reopen its newly revamped 1879 Lounge at Links Park last Saturday, made possible through the generous sponsorship and continued support of Upper Dysart Larder.

The 1879 Lounge, the club’s premier hospitality space, has undergone a significant refresh aimed at enhancing the matchday experience for supporters, sponsors, guests and visiting clubs. The improvements provide a modern, welcoming environment while retaining the character and heritage that make Links Park such a special place for football fans.

The project has been delivered with the backing of Upper Dysart Larder, whose ongoing commitment to Montrose FC has once again demonstrated their dedication to supporting football and the wider community in Angus.

Chairman Peter Stuart said, “We are absolutely thrilled to unveil the new-look 1879 Lounge. Hospitality plays a vital role in the club’s matchday offering, and these improvements will greatly enhance the experience for everyone who visits Links Park.
