Montrose and Albion Rovers shared the spoils at Cliftonhill Stadium on Saturday in a match that the Gable Endies really should have won.
George Shields side created numerous chances and forced a glut of corner kicks but they just lacked that killer instinct in front of goal. On another day they could have quite easily have had a few goals.
The goal-less draw their first of the season sets them up nicely for their match against Elgin City on Saturday at Links Park.
