MONTY MOLE SHOCKED BY POWER OF NEW SPONSOR
Not only has the family run firm grabbed the opportunity to fill the newly introduced advertising slot on the back of the home and away shirts, they have also become the first ever sponsor of the Club’s mascot, Monty Mole.
Established in 1977, a member of the NICEIC WM Mustard & Son Ltd undertakes all aspects of electrical works including domestic, industrial, Electrical Installation Condition Reports, Dimplex Quantum Heating Installations, Solar PV Installations and is a certified member of Aico’s Expert Installer Smoke Alarm Scheme.
Providing electrical solutions to their clientele across Angus for almost 40 years, ninety percent of their work is for local authority, including private housing associations.
Managing Director, Bill Mustard said, “As a family firm we have always played our part in the local community and we are proud to be able to strengthen our connection with the football club in this way.
“All the kids love Monty Mole and I hope through our sponsorship we can get him out and about more to encourage even more youngsters to follow the Mighty Mo.”
Club Chairman, John Crawford said, “I would like to sincerely thank Mustards for their sponsorship. Bill has been a long time supporter of the Club and I am delighted to see this deal come to fruition.
“The advertising space underneath the numbers on the back of the players shirts was introduced this season by the SPFL, and for small clubs like ours provides much needed additional income.”
