Mo Fest at Links Park

First up was popular local band Peyton Place who are a five piece pop/rock group who have quickly established themselves as one of Scotland's biggest up and coming bands. Their use of tight vocal harmonies, catchy chorus' and upbeat yet intricate riffs really make them one to watch out for!
Next up was acoustic act Nick Mercer Jr. Formerly the singer with Fife band Sergeant, who shared a stage with Oasis & the Fratellis at T in the Park. Nick re-emerged in 2014 with a selection of new songs as well as revisiting Sergeant’s back catalogue.
Final act appearing was Edinburgh based feel good rock n roll band the Holy Ghosts playing Rock n' Roll/Country and a dash of the Blues. The Holy Ghosts draw inspiration from the R’n’B, Country Rock and Americana bands of the 60s and 70s and apply a unique twist of Scottish modern life. Local fans will remember the Holy Ghosts as the supporting act to last years sell-out Status Quo gig on Montrose Links.
