Montrose FC Supporters Club have donated over £3k to the Club as a result of their half time draw ticket sales from across the season.

Supporters Club Chairman, Graham Christieson said, “Through the hard work and sales of half-time draws we were delighted to be able to donate this amount to the Club. We would like to thank everyone that has purchased tickets this season and we look forward to next season.”

Receiving the cheque for £3,131, Club Chief Exec, Peter Stuart added, “We would like to once again thank the Supporters Club for their continued efforts, season in, season out, in backing the Club both vocally from the terraces and through financial donations such as this.

“The timing is also very pertinent, as with no match income over the next few weeks, the close season is always a challenging time money wise. This donation will go towards helping us and the Management Team prepare for a new campaign as we look to reset and go again for what will hopefully be another successful year.”
