JOHN LAWRIE MAKE WELCOME MO RETURN AS SHIRT SPONSOR

Montrose FC have announced the return of local firm John Lawrie Tubulars as shirt sponsors for the next two seasons, this time occupying the space below the player numbers on the back of both the newly designed home and away shirts.

Long standing supporters of the Club, Lawrie’s spent two seasons as front of shirt sponsors from 2013-2015, a design made famous by the heroics of the great Marvin Andrews during the inaugural Pyramid Play Off against Brora Rangers in 2015, a turning point in the history of the Club.

Director Peter Davidson said, “We are obviously delighted to be welcoming Iain and everyone at John Lawrie Tubulars back as shirt sponsors. It is always very humbling when companies who have previously invested so heavily in us want to return and do more.

“We are extremely grateful and look forward to developing even further our already strong relationship and partnership over the coming seasons.”

Iain Laing, Managing Director of JLT added, “Football is a game which brings together families and spreads joy in the community. I love being able to support our local team and to watch how the players develop each season. The club have a great support local ethos and this resonates well with JLT.

“Montrose FC are an integral part of the local Montrose community and I would like to thank Peter Davidson and the wider Montrose FC team, for this fantastic opportunity. I look forward to continuing to support the team over the coming seasons. C’mon the MO!”
