Defender Aidan Quinn will undoubtedly find it difficult to forget his 100th appearance for Montrose FC. Coming off the bench at half time back in May at Links Park against Queen of the South, with the Gable Endies 2-0 down, the 25 year old was instrumental in turning the game on its head, scoring both the equaliser and winner in a 3-2 victory, taking his overall goal tally for the club to 9.

Having extended his contract back in January until at least next summer, the talented centre half initially arrived at Links Park from East of Scotland league outfit Heriot Watt University at the start of 2020.

Presenting Aidan’s trophy, Chairman John Crawford said, “I would like to congratulate Aidan on reaching this milestone. He has really embraced the challenge of stepping up from university football and gets better with each and every season. Let’s hope there are many more appearance to come and a few more goals too.”
