With last Saturday’s Derby marking 145 years almost to the day since Montrose played their very first competitive match, a game played coincidentally also against our Angus neighbours, it seemed only right to celebrate with a cake, which was formally cut jointly by Montrose Chairman John Crawford and Arbroath Chairman Ewen West.
