With the dust now firmly settled on season 24-25, I would like to take this opportunity—on behalf of the entire club — to express our deepest gratitude to all our valued principal partners and sponsors who have supported us over the past year.

Their unwavering commitment to our men’s, women’s, and youth academy teams was much appreciated, and indeed without which we simply would not have been able to function.

We pride ourselves on being a community club, but it is only through the kindness and contributions of local businesses that we are able to build, develop and strengthen the Montrose FC family.

Our men’s team battled extremely hard to secure our League 1 status for an unprecedented 8th term in a row, whilst our women defied all the odds with an incredible late run of results to avoid relegation on the very last day, guaranteeing topflight SWPL action at Links Park for a third consecutive season.

Our Academy teams once again performed well at both U16 and U18 level and we look forward to hopefully seeing some emerging talent knocking on the first team door very soon.

As we look ahead to the new season, there is much to be excited about and with the continued backing of our principal partners and sponsors, we are confident that Montrose FC will keep growing—both on and off the field.

We’re building not just teams, but a legacy that reflects the passion, commitment, and pride of everyone who supports this club, and we look forward to creating more memories and milestones in the season ahead as our journey continues.
