Montrose FC Women are thrilled to confirm that Sophia Martin will be returning on loan for the upcoming 2025/26 season, following a standout spell during the second half of last season!

The exciting forward made an immediate impact after joining the squad in January, showcasing her talent, pace and eye for goal as she slotted seamlessly into the Montrose setup. Her energy and technical quality quickly made her a fan favourite and an integral part of the team’s attacking force.

Manager Craig Feroz said “Sophia was a breath of fresh air when she came on loan in January. Her attitude, her quality on the pitch, and her desire to improve all stood out and she quickly became a crowd favourite with the fans! We are delighted to welcome her back to Links Park, and we know she’ll be a huge asset this season.”
