HARRY RETURNS TO DENS

On loan goalkeeper Harry Sharp has returned to parent club Dundee FC following the conclusion of the season.

Following an injury in late October to the Gable Endies number one choice Cammy Gill, Dundee kindly offered Harry on an emergency loan for two games, a gesture that was repeated for the first game of the New Year.

With Gill’s injury persisting, a permanent loan deal was agreed for Sharp at the end of January, and the Dens Park stopper has now made a total of 18 appearances for Stewart Petrie’s side.

Stewart said, “We are very grateful to both Dundee and Harry, as the injury suffered by Cammy could have been disastrous for our campaign. Thankfully, we were able to secure Harry’s services, and he has stepped in brilliantly over the last few months.

“We wish him every success for the future and sincerely thank Dundee for all their assistance in making both the emergency and permanent loans happen.”
