Montrose FC Manager Stewart Petrie has received the keys to a new company car, courtesy of joint sponsorship from Pert-Bruce Construction and GPG Montrose Ltd.

The new 3-year agreement further extends the local firm’s sponsorship of the Boss’s car, which began back in 2018.

Club Chairman John Crawford said, “We are again extremely grateful to Craig and everyone at Pert-Bruce along with Arthur and Lesley from GPG Montrose Ltd for their continued support. We pride ourselves on the connections we are able forge with local based firms, and agreeing yet a further extension of this sponsorship speaks volumes for how our relationship continues to go from strength to strength.”

Pert-Bruce Construction Ltd are a local company with a heritage dating back to 1871. Providing a broad range of services and solutions that meet the diverse demands of any client, both commercial and domestic, they undertake new build projects, extensions, refurbishment, conservation, and general alterations works.

GPG Montrose Ltd are also a locally focussed business, serving Montrose and the surrounding area with quality and reliable car servicing, repairs, breakdown, and recovery through a team of qualified and experienced motor mechanics.

Craig Bruce, Managing Director of Pert Bruce said, “We are delighted to be able to once again continue our support of Montrose FC in this way. As a Montrose based company, we are always keen to give something back and play a role in the local community.”

Arthur from GPG added, “Lesley and I are delighted to continue supporting Montrose FC and hopefully the Managers new car will help drive the club into another successful season with promotion.”
