Montrose FC Women are delighted to announce the signing of Hannah Innes from SWPL rivals Aberdeen FC ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Having come through the ranks at Aberdeen, Hannah spent the 2022/23 season on loan at Dryburgh Athletic in search of regular first-team football. She returned to the Dons for the 2023/24 season and firmly established herself as a key part of Aberdeen’s squad. One of her standout moments came in April 2024, when she scored a spectacular 35-yard strike against Montrose in front of over 2,000 fans at Pittodrie – a goal which went on to be named the SWPL Goal of the Month.

Montrose boss Craig Feroz is thrilled to add Innes to his side: “Hannah is a player we know well at Montrose from her time at Aberdeen. She’s a versatile player, technically very good, and brings plenty of top-tier experience. I think she’ll be a great fit here at Montrose and will be a vital part of the squad for the season ahead.”
