Montrose FC Women are delighted to announce the signing of Leah Fleming, who becomes the latest addition to our squad ahead of the 2025/26 campaign!

Leah is a versatile player who can operate anywhere down the left-hand side of the pitch. Her footballing journey has seen her turn out for St Johnstone and Forfar Farmington before heading stateside to continue her development in the USA.

Her standout performances at Saints didn’t go unnoticed, earning her a call-up to the Scotland U17 squad under Pauline MacDonald, making her international debut in September 2017 against Slovenia. Leah went on to earn several caps at U17 level before progressing to the U19s, where she featured against the Netherlands in March 2019.

Manager Craig Feroz said: “This has been a long deal in the making. Leah trained with us at pre-season three years ago before she headed out to the States. I was so impressed by her that I’ve kept track of her progress and finally managed to convince her to join the club on her return. Leah is extremely fit, hard-working, good on the ball and can finish. She will be an excellent addition to our squad.”

Leah will wear the number 12 shirt this season.
