Miller Makes the Move to the Mighty Mo!

Montrose FC Women are delighted to announce the signing of exciting young forward Darcie Miller from Aberdeen FC Women ahead of the 2026/27 SWPL season.

Darcie arrives at Links Park after progressing through the Aberdeen FC Ladies pathway, earning her senior debut on 12 March 2023 when she came off the bench against Motherwell in the SWPL. Since then, she has continued her development into one of Scotland’s promising young attacking talents, while also representing her country at Scotland Under-19 level during the 2023/24 campaign.

A pacey, powerful forward with a natural eye for goal, Darcie adds even more firepower to Craig Feroz’s squad as the Mighty Mo prepare for another exciting season in the Scottish Women’s Premier League.

Speaking after putting pen to paper, Darcie said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Montrose and can’t wait to get started. It’s an exciting new challenge, and I’m really looking forward to meeting some new faces while also linking up again with teammates I already know. Hopefully I can settle in quickly, contribute to the team, and bag plenty of goals along the way. I can’t wait to score my first goal in a Montrose shirt, and hopefully it’s the first of many. Bring on the season!”

Manager Craig Feroz is equally excited to welcome Darcie to the club. “Delighted to welcome Darcie to the club. A player with huge potential and one I see having a bright future in the women’s game. Darcie has pace, strength and is also a natural finisher, everything you need to be a top-class striker, and it’s fantastic she will be playing for Montrose for the season ahead.”

Everyone at Montrose FC Women would like to give Darcie a very warm welcome to the club, and we look forward to seeing her in blue as she embarks on the next chapter of her career.
